Ordering Process and Options:

The Canadian Museum for Human Rights has hired Ryjus to operate their on-line store. Ryjus is a Canadian company that specializes in outsourced retail management. Ryjus receives a management fee for their services, but the profit flows back to the Museum. You will notice that your credit card statement is sent from Ryjus as they are the vendor for your transaction.

Shipping Policy:

We offer a “standard” level of service for the North American market (7-10 days). These lead times are estimates only and may vary based on prevailing conditions (e.g. weather, carrier problems, etc.). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates:

A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all shipments in Canada and USA.

Returns:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange or credit within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Tax:

Ryjus is a Manitoba-based company. Provincial and Federal law requires us to collect PST and GST on all orders shipped within Manitoba and GST on all orders shipped in Canada.

 
Privacy:

Ryjus only collects information necessary to process your order or contact you if necessary. This information may be used to perform basic customer service (e.g. communicate a UPS Tracking Number or advise you of a problem with your order). The primary method of communication is email, however your phone number is required as a back-up method of contact. 
We collect the following information:
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Billing Name and Address (exactly as used with your Credit Card account)
• Shipping Name and Address
This information is shared with third parties only to the extent required to fulfill your order. Ryjus does not sell or expose your data to third parties for purposes of marketing other products or services. We do not collect or store any information related to your credit card. When you have finished shopping and proceed to check-out, you are passed to a secure site hosted by VeriSign/PayPal (a leading provider of credit card processing services) where your credit card information is entered and processed. If your payment is processed successfully, you are passed back to our site to complete the order process (i.e. the order is initiated and a confirming email is sent to you).
